In many way it already it. Take money, a good 90% of Chinese do not carry cash or credit anymore, the just bring their smart phone to pay using digital money. In US digital money usage is less than 1%.
On transportation China's high speed rail covers closed to 130 thousand miles, US has one line less than 100 miles uncompleted after 20 years. Today China high speed rail is more than the entire world put together.

China = Totally cashless. Been that way for nearly a decade now.

I could go on and on, but the only way that you can compare one nation to the other is to physically go to the nations and compare on terms that you use daily. “Armchair experts” like to sit in tiny rooms in front of glowing mon or screens looking at stats and not taking into account what it is like for THEM to live in one place or the other.
我覺得還有很多可以列出來(lái)對(duì)比的，但要對(duì)比兩個(gè)國(guó)家，唯一的辦法就是親自去這兩個(gè)國(guó)家走走看看，用日常生活的方方面面作比較。“磚家們”喜歡坐在小房間里，盯著發(fā)光的顯示器屏幕查看數(shù)據(jù)，完全不考慮在某地生活的實(shí)際情形。
